Dubai free zone formation · IFZA
Many IFZA offers advertise AED 12,900 for the licence alone. The establishment card, visa, medical, Emirates ID and insurance appear later. ETEFORM packages put those formation items in one figure before you start.
All-inclusive packages from AED 16,900
ETEFORM is a business-services firm. IFZA issues the licence. Immigration and banks decide residence and account applications after reviewing each file.
AED 12,900 is IFZA’s one-year zero-visa licence price. It does not complete a company that needs an establishment card or residence. Competitors often add about AED 2,000 for the card, AED 3,750 per visa, then medical, Emirates ID and insurance. The figures below are the full first-year formation price for the visa count you choose.
A commercial or professional IFZA licence, with a Dubai address and 100% foreign ownership.
Three activities are included. Under the current IFZA offer, general trading and cross-activity fees are waived when IFZA accepts them.
A flexi desk for the first year, matched to the visa quota, during business hours and subject to booking.
Zero to three visas. Visa packages include the card, medical, Emirates ID and basic medical insurance.
IFZA or SRTIP?
SRTIP in Sharjah costs less if a Sharjah address is enough for the work. IFZA is the better fit when you need a Dubai licence, a mix of commercial and professional activity, or a FlexiDesk in Dubai in the first year.
Both paths are offered in the same way: a published price, a clear scope, and no promise that a bank account will open or that a residence application will be approved in advance.
From 14,900 AED. Suitable if you want a UAE entity at a lower cost and do not need a Dubai address. See Sharjah packages.
From 16,900 AED, covering the formation items below. Suitable if you want a Dubai licence and a clearer residence path inside the package.
These are IFZA packages in Dubai. Do not pay for a visa you will not use. Core formation services are the same in all four packages; choose only the residence paths you need now.

No medical, Emirates ID or insurance, because those items belong to a visa file.
Choose no visaFor one owner or manager who needs residence after the licence, without a later invoice for the visa, medical, Emirates ID or basic insurance.
Immigration reviews the visa separately. The package does not promise approval.
Choose one visaFor two partners, or an owner and an employee, when both complete residence paths should sit inside one price.
Each residence application is reviewed separately, including medical, Emirates ID and basic insurance.
Choose two visasWhen the company needs three complete residence paths from the start, instead of adding visas later at separate prices.
Dependent visas are not inside this figure. They are priced when requested.
Choose three visasIs a Sharjah address enough?
If a Sharjah address is enough for the work, SRTIP packages cost less and use the same published-price approach, with no advance promise on the bank or residence.

One-year IFZA licence, memorandum, company stamp, and follow-up until company documents are issued.
Up to three activities and three individual shareholders. General trading and cross-activity fees are waived under the current IFZA offer when accepted.
A registered Dubai address and a first-year flexi desk: one desk for zero or one visa, two desks for two visas, three desks for three visas.
The establishment card is inside all four packages, including the no-visa package.
Two-year visa fee, investor or partner add-on where needed, standard medical, Emirates ID, and basic medical insurance.
Corporate tax registration help, goAML where it applies, and bank-file preparation, including the Emirates NBD non-resident channel when it fits. The bank decides.
The exceptions are written here so the price is not read as covering every later government or bank decision.
IFZA activity approval, immigration approval and bank approval are separate decisions after the file is reviewed.
An in-country visa status change costs AED 1,600 per applicant and is quoted before we proceed if it applies to the case.
The Emirates NBD non-resident channel can start at zero balance and has a monthly maintenance fee of about AED 249 charged by the bank, not by the formation package.
A corporate shareholder, a fourth activity, VIP services, dependent visas, year-two renewal, and fines or amendments after the licence is issued.
If medical cover or the medical test needs a higher category because of age or medical history, we quote the difference before payment. We do not add it after formation without your agreement.
We check that IFZA can accept the activity and that it is suitable for a bank file.
Company details, owners and the chosen package.
Reserve the name and submit the file to IFZA.
The establishment card, then medical and Emirates ID after immigration approval.
Tax registration and preparation of the account file, including a remote path where it applies.
Not for the package items written on this page. Later amounts appear only if you ask for something outside the scope, if you are inside the UAE and need a status change, if the bank applies its monthly fees after an account is opened, or if an activity or residence is refused and the file needs another path that is quoted before it is carried out.
No. The package includes preparing the file and supporting the application, including the Emirates NBD non-resident channel when the activity and nationality fit. The bank reviews the source of funds and countries of dealing, then decides. Some activities and nationalities are not accepted on that channel.
Yes for the licence file. If you choose a visa package, later attendance is needed for the medical test and Emirates ID. A remote account path may still require passport verification at a bank branch within a period the bank sets.
No. The prices are for first-year formation. IFZA renewal is quoted when it is due, at the fees then in force. Multi-year IFZA offers are available on request and are not mixed with the first-year price published here.
No. We prepare the file, follow the procedures and explain the requirements. IFZA is the licensing authority. Immigration and the banks issue their own decisions.
Choose an IFZA package by visa count, or review Sharjah packages if an SRTIP address is enough for the work.
